All products marked with the CE mark are declared to be compliant with European Parliament Directives 2002/95/EC (RoHS) and 2011/65/EU (RoHS II) / Reached full compliance of the products with the current safety standards provided for their category of belonging: It is also declared that the construction materials used in ONEGERPRO branded products comply with the specifications in Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and do not contain hazardous substances above the limits indicated in the original directive or its amendments.

It is declared that every product and company activity is carried out in compliance with Article 29 of Legislative Decree 14 March 2014 n. 49

To be therefore regularly registered in the National Register of Producers of Electrical Equipment with company identification number IT12030000007501

And as provided for by Article 14 of Legislative Decree 20 November 2008, no. 188 provides for the establishment, at the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of the Territory and the Sea, and to be regularly registered in the Register of Producers of Batteries and Accumulators with company identification number IT12030P00002780
