1 The shipping and delivery of Products is limited to the territory of the Member States of the European Union.

2 The Products will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer. It is understood that the Customer hereby releases ORUSPRO from any liability connected to an incorrect delivery in the event of incorrect data being provided.

3 For the shipping and delivery of Products, ORUSPRO uses third-party companies. ORUSPRO declines all responsibility for any delays and damages attributable to the carrier in the delivery of the Product to the Customer.

4 The Customer's notification regarding the carrier's non-delivery of all or part of an Order must be made no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of the relevant Order.

5 In no case shall ORUSPRO be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect or failed delivery of the Product to the Customer, caused by events or causes of force majeure or acts of God, such as, by way of example only: natural disasters, epidemiological risks, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall), any strikes (by its own or other employees), transport accidents, explosions, or any other similar or different cause.
